Shipping method

Deliveries cannot be made to P.O. boxes, but only to actual addresses; in case of unavailability of the recipient or who is authorized to receive the products, the courier will contact the customer by phone at the number indicated on the site at the time of purchase to arrange a new delivery.
Orders will be processed from 9.00 to 15.00 from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 3.00 p.m. on Friday will be processed the following Monday; we can guarantee delivery within 2 working days from receipt of payment. Shipments in Italy, take about 2-3 working days; consider that delivery times may be delayed in case of holidays.

Shipments to the rest of the world take about 5-7 working days (excluding any delays in customs clearance).

For shipments to destinations other than European Union countries there may be additional costs and taxes, which are fully borne by the recipient. Return Policy

The buyer who isn’t satisfied with the purchase for whatever reason will be entitled to return the items not worn or used, by requesting, or a refund, and within 10 days from the date of receipt of goods. Please note that all delivery charges are the buyer’s expenses, as well as risks of transport for the return of the Products.

Return Conditions

Legal Warranty of the Seller

According to the law regulation 44/99/CE in case of faulty products, the purchaser is allowed to request directly to the Seller the fixing (if possible), replacement, price reduction of the goods or risolution of the contract. These can be possible provided that the contact occurs within a reasonable timeframe considering the nature of ‘good’ goods.
